Fly

This piece used the same generative adversarial neural network as the False Faces project. This time, I finetuned the model using six pictures of black wings and siphoned these samples half-way through training, after it had trained 4000 rounds. I created this piece during Art Relay, an event my school hosts where participants spend a full day creating an art piece, and pass it along to the next participant, who spends a whole day creating their art piece with inspiration from the previous piece. The piece passed to me was a cover of Blackbird by the Beatles. Thus, with the freedom of flight in mind, I created this piece.
